Twerk Aerobics

Time: Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm

Twerk-aerobics is a funky form of dance and exercise that will make you pause for air in-between deep squats, pelvic thrusts, lunges, plyo-metrics and abdominal work.

Instructor:

Ashanti McCallister hails originally from the Greater Northwest and has been classically trained in ballet, modern, contemporary, African and now most recently, Twerk-aerobics! Her passion of expression exceeds boundaries of all that is normal in the world of dance and fitness! Throughout her dance journey, fitness and health became focal points and exercise, strength training, flexibility and core she now incorporates into a rhythmic expression of what she calls Twerk-aerobics!
